About the Therapies and Remedies

Acupuncture may be helpful in helping a wide range of conditions such as chronic back pain and injuries, neck and shoulder problems, headaches and migrains and frozen shoulder. As well as morning sickness and relaxation.

Von Peczely began practicing iridology in about 1861. Iridology is the analysis of the iris.

The analysis of iris, the coloured part of the eye can reveal the bodies organs constitutional strength and areas of congestion and toxins.

The health of the body is transmitted to the iris in the form of markings. These markings that are detected provide valuable insight to the bodies underlying imbalances.

The iridologist will examine your eye with a magnifying glass to access the area of congestion and toxins.

The goal is to recognise health issues at the earliest stages and to suggest ways in which disease may be prevented from developing.

Started over 200 years ago by Samuel Hahnemann.

Homeopathy is based on the laws of simulars, that is every remedy has a symptom picture imprinted in it. When a healthy person is given a remedy and it produces a symptom picture then a “proving” is achieved. This remedy becomes a “similimum” when given to a person who matches the same characteristic of symptoms.

Homeopathy aims to stimulate the healing powers naturally. In homeopathy this is known as “Laws of simulars”. These healing powers work on the mind, body and spirit balance.

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine is the oldest form of medicine and used all over the world and it has been past down from generation to generation for thousands of years. We take pride in our 18 years of experience in the practice of herbal medicine.

In herbal medicine it is our belief that the less active components are also of importance as they assist the body to absorb and utilize the herb and then be excreted by the body.

These components together work synergistically, minimizing nasty side effects which are commonly experienced in drug based medicines.

Herbal products are a important part of healthcare but self prescription is not advisable, as even the safest herb can interact with other medications.

In holistic healing it is our belief that the body can heal itself. So when herbs are recommended, the whole person is treated rather than just a part of the body.
